I researched and secured funding for CMMS system, was responsible for successful implementation into the organisation including: production of training/reference material; hands on training; project updates; data entry and quality assurance; preventative maintenance programming and setup of schedules within MEX

Implementation Scope

Phase 1: System Setup

• Configured MEX for to reflect venue specific requirements
• Established asset hierarchy and coding system
• Set up user roles and permissions

Phase 2: Data

• Audited existing assets and equipment including vendor provided asset lists
• Performed data entry and quality assurance
• Validated asset information and locations

Phase 3: Preventative Maintenance

• Developed PM schedules for critical equipment
• Created task templates and checklists
• Implemented automated work order generation

Phase 4: Training & Rollout

• Produced comprehensive training materials
• Conducted hands-on training sessions
• Created quick reference guides
